As a sister company of IBM, Acoustic desired to create a workplace that leveraged the power of their individual personality and brand. A unique planning concept with no offices promotes equity and quick transfer of information between group members. Throughout the workspace, desks on casters can be easily reconfigured to support collaboration between different pods. Culturally, the design concept embraces natural light for all, spirited finishes, and a fresh aesthetic overall with brand iconography interwoven. turnerboone collaborated with IA to select furniture that was purposeful and diverse based on the need of each type of space, including workspace, break rooms, enclosed collaboration spaces, and open huddle spaces. The result was a workplace that bolsters employee productivity and collaboration while establishing an inspiring company culture.
