Boston Consulting Group was looking to create a regional office that expressed their culture and brand language. To achieve this, turnerboone worked with Nelson to deliver a creative and inspiring space that fit within the parameters of BCG standards. Given that so much of their workforce is frequently traveling between locations, having office spaces that look and operate consistently is paramount to providing a similar experience at each office. As BCG continued to grow, so did their need for space in Atlanta, turning the project into a multi-phase approach.
The design of the regional office allows for individual comfort and personalization through advanced ergonomics, ensuring that extended hours spent in the office are comfortable and productive. In addition, employees are able to choose their work setting with options ranging from heads-down to huddle spaces and even larger collaboration areas. To ensure privacy in certain spaces, BCG opted for Haworth’s demountable partition system to achieve effective acoustical design.
We have the best people in the industry who care about the success of your project as much as you do. We build trust through mutual respect, responsiveness, communication, and empathy.
Turnerboone was a key player in the success of BCG’s newest office in Atlanta. The furniture procurement process involved extensive workstation pricing and mock-up exercises. Partnered with Haworth, turnerboone was able to provide a workstation typical outside of their standard product line to match the brief, as well as the end-users preferred task seating. Ultimately, the furniture package was distributed to multiple dealerships based on product distribution channels and best pricing. Having multiple dealers made the process more complicated for scheduling, punch list tracking, and AV coordination; turnerboone stepped in and helped keep things running smoothly even with things outside of their scope. Since the original two-floor build-out, BCG has since expanded to a third floor and is looking to grow even further. Based on turnerboone’s great performance and customer service on the prior projects the client has elected to specify as much product as possible though turnerboone for the next project. The turnerboone sales, project management, and installation team has been a delight to work with and they constantly go above and beyond for us and our client."
