Randstad underwent major renovations to it US headquarters to create a new hybrid workplace to support both  on-site and remote employees. New features include specialty collaborative spaces and virtual meeting rooms equipped with high quality video and sound capabilities.

Randstad developed a more collaborative workplace by including communal areas, shared office spaces, and designated work areas for teams. They wanted the space to encourage personal interactions between employees but also provide privacy for heads down activities. In addition to collaboration, the new space also prioritizes wellness and wellbeing by offering lounge furniture, games, and a meditation area for employees to enjoy. turnerboone partnered with Gensler to furnish workstations, private offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and more specialty spaces for the flexible headquarters.
