turnerboone and TVS partnered to create a high-end co-working space for three companies with a limited budget and small footprint. The design team used premium products in selective locations, mixed less expensive materials, and added unique accents and custom wall coverings to create a warm and inviting space. They also designed multi-functional and shared spaces to maximize the efficiency of use. One of the unique features of the space is the “work niche,” which is a semi-private area perfect for one-on-one meetings or quick breaks. The space is also equipped with a podcast studio and a variety of seating options to accommodate different work styles. The overall design of the space is modern and stylish, and it reflects the branding of the three companies. The space is a great example of how to create a functional and inviting co-working space on a budget.
